They only have 1 bit of elastic whish goes under the heal, so the front of your foot, u can stell see the shoe, as it’s not secure.

    its like a sock for over the boot, they had some with the wonderwoman costume. you slip your foot through them at the top and if theres any velcro straps at the back that fastens round the leg part of the boot.

    You put them over a pair of boots before you put your boots on and they hide your boots. That is why they call them “boot covers”.
