How can the employer of improperly undocumented workers on contract to the US Forest Service be identified?

Chippewa
Mary N asked:

The Associated Press reported the arrest of scores of improperly documented workers employed by a contractor retained by the US Forest Service.

The workers are in in custody in the Chippewa County (Michigan) jail & where is the employer?

I’ve contacted US Senator Carl Levin; US Representative Bart Stupak; US Hiawatha Forest Service Range Steve Christiansen; US Forest Service Contracting Officer Tammy Thompson to no avail.

This is public information & the employer allegedly also violated criminal law & contractual terms. Yet, everyone has closed ranks to protect this individual/corporation.

Just yell out loud, “Ya viene la migra!” If you see people run, you know they have hired illegal immigrants.

That’s the problem with these immigration raids, the guy at the top who hires this people gets to do it all over again and again, he’ll just set up shop elsewhere and hire some more workers and the cycle continues. The worst penalty is a fine and life goes on.

This is the kind of work, Americans will not do.

Basically, cleaning up after the illegals who trash our forestsa nd parks raiding into the USA.

So, this head hirer, didn’t go through the proper paperwork to get these illegal workers. If he had, he’d earned less money, had to work harder and been under jurisdiction of laws that limited him/her.

Typical reason folks don’t do things legally anymore. Even in our Fedral Forest Service.

    It’s sad isn’t it?

It used to be, if you wanted to hire a foreign worker, you had to apply to the immigration department to get a temporary work visa for this potential employee. Digital outsourcing has become a way that big business routine evades the process, so they can smuggle foreign labor (not laborers) into the US.

Big business has been engaging in slave labor for years. The bottom line is profit and keeping share holders who most likely are the politicos….who will turn their backs and plead the 5th, and just don’t answer your questions.

Just keep yelling - loud and clear!
