My feet itch really badly all over (from the bottoms of my feet, the ankle and top of the feet, but not between the toes)whenever i take my work boots or shoes off and when i lie down for bed. Its not athletes foot, as none of those medicines seem to work. Does anyone know any home remedies to stop the itching since i cant make it to a doctor for another week. Or a diagnosis or anything?!?!

I’ve had the same problem on occasion, it was from an allergy to the dye in my socks, the Dr. had me use Lamisil and cotisone cream.

soak your feet in Johnson johnson feet soak., I know it sounds goofy but destin (the cream we use on diaper rashes) works really well on my husbands feet. anything with Zinc-Oxide based works really well ..ask the pharmacist at your local wal-mart .etc…

I had a similar problem went to a podiatrysy and he has me in a larger shoe with a sport insole he had me purchase from walmart..he said i was not walking correctly ,hence the insoles .i normally wear a size 9 wide width shoe the podiatryst had me get extra wide size 10 and recommended the “natural Balance” brand;because he said they are just wider than other brands and quite a bit cheaper;expensive doesn’t always mean w well fitting shoe.ITS WORKED!

I have the same problem and I find that the best way to stop the itching is to soak my feet in warm water with a little rubbing alcohol and beleive it or not a couple of pieces of crushed garlic. Garlic is a natural anti-itch and healer- After about 10 min or so you should feel much better. Repeat when needed.
