Find Rock Climb in around Snowpoint city and strenght somewhereelse
Holden, you need to go to the top of the Lost tower, and the one of the two old ladies will give you the hm for strength. Then win the gym battle in Canalave City, to be able to use strength, outside of battle. Go to route 217 and search around for the hm rock climb, their is a hiker looking for this hm, show him the hm, and as a reward he will give you an icicle plate. Then win the gym battle in Snowpoint city and you will be able to use rock climb outside of battle.
