There is one store that sells Emu Boots, but it is not in New York State, its in neighboring New Jersey, at Kona Sporting Goods in Wildwood, NJ. I included a link to the site below.

go to 42nd street, they should have it in da mall.
I found mine in Macy’s. My brother found his in Shoemania on Madison Avenue (I think at 42nd street).
I think you can also get them at JC Penney’s, but Im not 100% sure on that one.
