does anyone work for or work with nys collections? new york shades collections?

i own my own sunglasses kiosk. and i have found out they want to open up a sunglasses cart in the mall i am located so the mall will not let me sign a new lease untell new york shades decides what it wants to do.
now last i heard nys is going to be giving me a call directly and asking if i want to join with them before they just boot me out.
if anyone works with or for them do u have any idea what joing them would involve? do they want a precentage of the money from my sales? do i have to change my name to theres. do i have to sell there shades? or do they basicly own the kiosk and I just work for them? any idea?
